Social Exercise: How the Cultish November Project Uses Hugs and Social Media to Get Fit

When you set up a shoot with a fanatical fitness group and they say, "meet us at 6:30 am at the 'Sand Ladder,' we'll be doing repeats" you should not wear jeans to the shoot. Still, had a lot of fun chasing these kooks at dawn with a Movi and getting them to recite some of the better "We Missed You" messages that serve as the group's stick to their carrot: getting up early to do burpees and hill repeats with a bunch of fellow fitness fiends.
